Description

Two rows and two double acting cylinders. The cylinder is supported on a foundation with a swing bearing. The suction and extrusion lines are pushed out from the lower part of the cylinder. Each cylinder has a conditioning valve to regulate the production capacity of the compressor (used to transfer gas to the suction port during compression). The compressor production capacity can be adjusted from 100 to 60%. The cycle machine is composed of the following main parts: 2 fuselage, 2 cylinders, 2 crank-link mechanism, main shaft, gear oil pump and 2 plunger injectors.

The circulating gas compressor is two rows and two double acting cylinders. The cylinder is supported on a foundation with a swing bearing. The suction and extrusion lines are pushed out from the lower part of the cylinder. Each cylinder has a conditioning valve to regulate the production capacity of the compressor (used to transfer gas to the suction port during compression). The compressor production capacity can be adjusted from 100 to 60%. The cycle machine is composed of the following main parts: 2 fuselage, 2 cylinders, 2 crank-link mechanism, main shaft, gear oil pump and 2 plunger injectors.

The fuselage of the two columns of the cycle machine are symmetrical to each other. The difference between the left body and the right is that the former has a gear oil pump boss, and the oil pump is the movement mechanism of the lubrication machine. The fuselage is bayonet type, with a 500 mm cylindrical slide and a 420 mm main bearing. The main bearing is composed of 4 bearing pads. The side bearings are clamped with wedge irons to regulate the amount of bearing wear. The crank-link mechanism is composed of the following components:

(1) 2 cranks installed directly on the compressor shaft;

(2) 2 closed and wedge-jaw connecting rods;

(3) 2 closed cross gates with sliding shoes.

The piston rod and the crosshead are connected by a coupling. The crank and connecting rod are connected by a connecting rod big head bearing mounted on a crank ring. The bearing is composed of 2 steel bearing bushes; the bearing bush is cast with 6-83 or 6-16 Babbitt alloy and clamped with wedge iron. The connecting rod and the crosshead are connected by a connecting rod small head bearing located on the crosshead pin. The bearing consists of two 6-83 or B-16 pasteurized steel tiles and is clamped with a wedge iron.
